The Rose Hanger Shop gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with all original tags attached for an exchange or store credit. All returns/exchanges must be initiated within 45 days from the original purchase date. Items must be delivered back to our warehouse within 60 days of purchase to be eligible. Each return is handled by a case by case basis to ensure the satisfaction of our customers to the best of our ability. Please fill out a request in our Returns Center to start your return.
